Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival
DELTA BLUES ALLEY CAFE, in connection with sponsors Visit Mississippi, Yazoo Yaupon & Yaupon Brothers Tea, The Delta Art District, brings to your the 1st annual Crossroad’s Blues, Brews, and BBQ festival in downtown Clarksdale. This event brings to your all the Best BBQ joints & all the best BBQ teams from Crossroads, USA, Clarksdale MS. Not only that but the local sound that Clarksdale is famous for. Mix that with a little alcohol, and we call that a Good time. Meet us across from Morgan Freeman’s Ground Zero Blues Club and The Delta Blues Museum on the corner of Delta Ave & Blues Alley. This is a inside & outside event so get tickets early. Only 50 tickets will be sold and all 50 will have a chance to be a People’s choice judge in the BBQ competition. BBQ participates & teams include Abe’s BBQ, Owen’s Burger Shack, Chucky’s BBQ, Bee Cee’s BBQ, Skully’s Tasti Eats, Chef Mickey B’s, Smokey’s BBQ , Corky’s BBQ and more good eating.
Live music by will be on Full Display during the entirety of the Fest. Southern Soul sensation J R Blu will be one of the Feature performances, Also performing, The Blues Man, Terry ‘Harmonica” Bean, The Southern Soul Band, Big T & the Crew, Johnie B & Queen Ireta, Jordan Sledge & the Nightcast, Lady Trucker , & more.
$50 tickets will only be sold to the 1st 50 people & will include People’s Choice BBQ Tasting & Judging in the categories of Best Chicken, Best Pork – Pulled Boston Butt, Best Ribs, & Best Beef – Brisket. The winners will be awarded a cash prizes & the title trophy, ” BEST DAMN BBQ IN TOWN”,
Tickets also include entry into DBAC for the main attraction, Live performances hosted by DJ Hustleman. There will be a door cover after the 1st 50 tickets are sold but space will be limited to accommodate requirements. $25 advanced cover
